If audition number are enabled for live rounds then after checkin talent will be requested to go to the checkin desk to receive an audition number.
On the talent portal after the talent has checked-in and before they have been assigned an audition number the status of the round for the talent will be Collect No#.
If they select the round the message to collect the audition number will be displayed.
The casting team can use the talents name to look up the talent , if the talent has been checked-in the Assign Audition No# will be displayed.
When they select the button the assign audition number dialog will be displayed.
Once the audition number has been assigned the status of the application will change to Checked-in and the audition number will be displayed. Also an email will be sent to the talent to let them know the audition number that has been assigned.
Editing Audition Numbers
Audition numbers can be changed by the casting team. To change the audition number select the talent and use the ellipse to display the change audition number menu.
