For live rounds a QR code can be printed. This is so the casting team can print and display the QR code at the location for the audition. The checkin code PDF should be created based on a template setup in the notifications area.
The QR code will be the same URL as the round application url.
If the talent has not applied and the round is accepting applications then the talent will be taken to the checkin page.
Once a talent checks in to a round they will receive a notification letting them know they need to progress to the check-in counter to receive their audition number.
If the round is no longer accepting applications and the code is scanned and the talent has not applied an error will be displayed that the round is not accepting new applications.
If the talent has applied previously and the code is scanned they will be taken directly to the checkin page.
If the talent has checked in and they scan the QR code the talent will be taken to the screen asking them to go an get an audition number.
If the talent has received an audition number and they scan the QR code the talent will be taken to the application showing what they submitted and the status and audition number.
Check-in by casting
If a talent is having problems checking in then the casting team can checkin a talent on behalf of them. The talent must have a completed application before they can be checked in.
Once checkin is enabled and the talent has submitted an application the checkin button on the talent who have submitted but not checked in will be enabled.
When the casting team select the checkin number the system will ask for a photo of the talent.
If the casting team do not have a picture of the talent they can leave this blank and the existing avatar photo will be used for the talent profile.
Once the talent has been checked in another screen will be displayed asking if the casting would like to assign an audition number if audition numbers are enabled for the round.
If Yes is selected the casting team can assign an audition number immediately.
If the round does not have audition numbers then the talent who have checked in can then be assessed.
