Application Stage
The application process of applying to a round is identical to the online round. However unlike a online round once the application has submitted there are additional actions for the talent to complete depending on the status of the round.
When an application is submitted, if checkin mode is not enabled the status of the application will be the same as previous. However if the checkin mode is enabled the status will either be set to checkin immediately after submitting or it will change to checkin if the checkin mode was enabled some time after the application was submitted.
When submitting an application if checkin is enabled at the time of application the talent will be immediately be taken to the checkin form after the application has been submitted.
Application sent back to draft
If an application has been submitted and the talent has checked in or been assigned an audition number and the submission is returned to draft by the casting then the status of the application will be in draft.
However when the application is resubmitted the application will automatically be checked in and if an audition number was assigned it will have the same audition number.
If an audition number was not assigned then the status of the application will be checked in however the talent will still need to have an audition number assigned.
The talent will not need to checkin again.
Submission by casting
Talent can have applications submitted for them by the casting team. In order for the talent to have their application submitted for them the talent profile must exist and they must have been invited to the round.
If a talent has been invited and the round is accepting applications the casting team can submit an application on the talents behalf by selecting the “Submit Application” button. This button will only appear on talent who have been invited but not submitted yet.
When the submit application is selected the casting team can submit the application on the talent’s behalf.
Note that media that is added from the casting are added to the application but not to the talent’s library if not sourced from the talent’s library.
If checkin mode is also enabled as soon as the application has been submitted the casting team will then be asked if they would also like to checkin the talent.
