Rated skills shows the combined rating of skills of skills by the casting team. These can be rated as part of an audition assessment or can be rated directly from the talents profile.
In order to assess talent, casting teams can click on a talent tile and click ‘Rated Skills’ from the menu bar. The list of skills is available in the drop-down menu, and casting team members can use the selected skills to assess talent for a specific project. Casting can use the stars to rate each skill from lowest to highest.
Skills can also be added and edited in the expanded profile view. To edit a skill rating, casting can click on the edit pencil to the right of the rating to adjust the rating. Skills can also be deleted by clicking on the trash can to the right of the skill.
Once skills are rated they can then be used in search to narrow done desirable talent for specific roles.
