The Talent Profile is made up of Multiple sections. By default the fields displayed in each section are set by the platform, however many of the fields can be moved to different sections by altering the data model in the global section of the talent management dashboard.
Basic Information
The Basic information section contains information such as Profile image, Name, DOB, Email Address, Location and the Availability Calendar |

Media
The media tab displays all media from the talent's media library. Note that media can also be added by the Talent Management team. By default this media is not visible by the Talent.
Media can be searched and also viewed in table view.
Profile Fields
The main profile information can be displayed by selecting the Profile tab. This includes multiple sections.
Additional Information
This represents additional information about the talent including BIO description, Stage Name, Gender, skills, etc.
Appearance
The appearance section is typically reserved for appearance characteristics such as weight, height, eye color, hair color, etc.
Measurements
The measurements section is normally hidden by default however this section can be enabled in the data model general settings and includes information typically used for wardrobe fitting, such as neck size, waste size, shoulder width, sleeve length, etc.
Website & Social Links
Includes links to social and website pages specific to the talents profile. This can include one or many links.
Credits
Credits represent previous experience the talent has. This typically includes previous performances. Credits include various information including the role they played, production name, company, type of performance, location, dates performed and any link references to the performance.
Education
Education includes the past education of a talent. This includes the name of the school/institute, instructor or teacher, the course name, website reference, location of the school/institute and the date period the education was completed (or started).
Representation
Representation is completed if the talent has one or more agents. The agents information includes the agency name, contact name, contact email, location, start (and end if applicable) of the representation, phone number and whether this is the default agency.
Official Documents
Official documents are used to reference agreements, visa's, drivers licenses, passports, etc.
System Info
System info is information automatically captured by the system when a profile is created or updated. It includes who created or last updated the profile and when this occurred.
It also includes whether the talent has agreed to the Privacy consent conditions and when they consented to this.
If the talent manager created the profile or if the privacy consent is not enabled then this field will be set to No.
If the privacy field is enabled and the talent will be forced to accept your privacy terms and conditions whenever they first access the profile.
Rated Skills
The rated skills tab represents the skills rating of the talent as judged by the Talent Management team. This is not visible to the Talent. The rating can be completed directly from the talent profile or can be completed as part of a normal assessment during the audition process within projects.
Notes
Notes are used to keep internal information about the talent. Notes are not visible by the talent.
When a note is created by a talent manager, the date and time the note was created is displayed as well as the person who created the note.
By default notes are ordered in chronological order with the newest note displayed up the top.
However Notes can also be Pinned by selecting the Pin icon. This will ensure this note will be pinned at the top of the notes tab. If multiple notes are pinned then the pinned notes will display in chronological order with the newest first.
Activities
Activities represent a read only view of all communications that have been sent to the talent. This allows for an audit of all communications sent by the system.
Assessments
Assessments represent every assessment that has been made by the casting team of an application for a specific role within a project.
Each assessment includes the project, audition round, team member who conducted the assessment, the average rating, the decision made, the date of the decision, any comments made, the roles they were assessed for, the skills rating and the overall role rating.
This historical view is great for audit purposes and can also be used for searching.
