Projects contain the ability to create one or many audition rounds. Rounds are what talent either apply for, are invited to or are added to in order to be assessed.
In the current release only online rounds are supported however in following releases live scheduled rounds will be able to be created.
An online round can be marked as one of the following:
- Internal submission: this is used for internal team members to add talent to the round to assess. There is no invitation sent to talent or any decision notifications sent to a talent when an internal round is taking place.
- Invitation only submission: These rounds can only be applied for by talent who have been invited to apply for the audition by the casting lead(s). These rounds will not be visible to talent who have not been specifically invited.
- Any one can submit: These rounds are open and any talent can apply. Note that talent can also be specifically invited to an open round.
Talent can apply or be added to a round when the round is set to accept submissions. This is controlled with a toggle switch in the assessment area. There is also an assessment toggle switch which is used to enable assessment for the team. These can only be accessed by Casting leads.
