Project teams represent the casting team that can access a project. The default project roles team members can be assigned to are as follows:
Casting lead: A casting lead has full access to the project. They typically represent the decision maker for talent selection, assignment and general running of the production. Multiple casting leads can be assigned to the same project if required.
Casting contributor: A casting contributor assists the casting lead with the assessment of talent during auditions. A casting contributor does not have access to change any settings or add talent to an audition round. A casting contributor can only assess talent.
Client: A client is added when a working cast list is sent for approval to a client. They only have access to talent that has been shared with them and will only be able to access the talent information that has been explicitly selected for sharing with the client.
To add a team member select the "Add Team member" button
Then select a team member from the drop down list. Note that only users that have been invited to join the account and accepted the invitation can be added to a project. Select the role of the team member for this specific project. Please note that clients are not added from here. They are only added when a working cast list is sent for approval.
Team members can be repeatedly added until the team are assembled. Then select save and the team members will be added to the project.
