We understand that not all talent in your private database may be suitable for your casting or production needs at any given time.
In order to provide excess talent the best opportunity to potentially receive an opportunity elsewhere JamarGig provides the ability to Archive talent to JamarGig One.
Archiving talent to JamarGig One will also free up that talent from your JamarGig profile license usage.
To archive talent to JamarGig One, select talent from your site's private Talent Profiles database and then using the 3 dots in the top right corner select the Archive option.
Once selected a warning message will be displayed highlighting that talent will be archived to JamarGig One.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When archiving talent to JamarGig One private information you have captured about a talent will be removed. This includes information such as notes, notifications history, past assessments, tags, etc.
Also once a talent is archived the talent will receive a message stating that their profile is being archived to JamarGig One as part of normal housekeeping and that they will be able to access opportunities across the JamarGig network.
In order for a talent to then become searchable they MUST opt into JamarGig One. This is important as we must respect the talent's option to become part of the broader network or not.
If a talent does not opt into JamarGig One within a given period of time their archived profile will be deleted.
Talent profiles must also contain minimum information criteria before they become searchable.
